During the second leg of Wednesday’s Crop Tour, Dulmage Ag LLC. owner Doug Dulmage says the crops near Leeds, North Dakota are dry. Soybean harvest could start around September 10. The corn is the big unknown. “It was dry last year. We were concerned about lightweight corn. In the end, we were right at 130 bushel average farm average. I think we just get the lightweight corn I’m starting to think on those cool summers where we’re short on heat units.”
