In North Dakota, spring wheat production is expected to be up 53 percent from last year with yield forecast at a record 51 bushels per acre. South Dakota’s spring wheat production is expected to be up 50 percent with an average yield of 54 bushels per acre. In Minnesota, a ten percent increase in spring wheat production is being predicted. Minnesota’s statewide yield is forecast at 53 bushels per acre.
