Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has appointed three individuals to the Environmental Quality Board. The list includes Pete Bakken, who raises cattle at Garretson in the southwestern corner of the state. Newly appointed EQB members also include University of Minnesota-Duluth professor Joseph Bauerkemper and Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance Executive Director Rylee Hince.
