The USDA has confirmed the first case of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in North Dakota since 2015. It was confirmed in a backyard flock in Kidder County. The State Board of Animal Health and the North Dakota Department of Agriculture are working alongside the USDA and officials to quarantine and depopulate the flock.
