The Biden Administration’s loan forgiveness program for socially disadvantaged farmers has suffered another loss in court. The Northern District of Texas ruled the government’s use of race and ethnicity as a preference for this program is unconstitutional. With this program, minority farmers would have 120 percent of their FSA direct and guaranteed loans paid off. Judges in Wisconsin and Florida have already made similar rulings.
