Rains fell in the Harvey, North Dakota Thursday. Bill Ongstad appreciates the moisture. “We had .35 on our farm. It was very good, we’re thankful.” Spring wheat emergence is spotty and the corn hasn’t sprouted yet, but the warmer conditions should help. “We’re rolling along good. The 70 degree days are good, but we don’t want to see 80 or 90 degree days.”
