Minot farmers are seeding more forage crops after the recent rains. Dakota Agronomy Partners Agronomy Manager Jeff Heil says farmers are looking to supplement their feed supply. “Since some of the early hay crops and pastures were hurt a little bit, we’re seeing quite a demand for sorghum, millet, forage barley and oats.” Heil also says the corn crop is really growing fast.
