The Pioneer Agronomy Update came from the Mapleton, North Dakota area on Tuesday. Southeastern North Dakota has seen more than its fair share of moisture this spring. “When you get that much rain, it pushes the nitrogen and sulfur down,” said Pioneer Strategic Account Manager Jeremy Baumgarten. “As these plants kick into gear and the roots take off, they find the nutrients as well.” In-season fertility was highlighted during the update.
