North Dakota Senator John Hoeven sees reaching an agreement on nutrition assistance as an important part of getting the farm bill moved forward. “It’s a good farm bill, and I believe we will get it done before the end of the year,” said Hoeven, “We need Democrats to join us and pass it, and we’ve offered them a very good compromise on SNAP.”
