CLAAS of America sees the National FFA Convention as an investment in the future agricultural workforce. Company Vice President Torey Hadland said CLAAS continues to expand its presence at the convention as it looks for growth opportunities in the North American agricultural equipment market. “We look at it as an investment not only to potential customers but also potential employees,” Hadland said. “It’s energizing to see all the youth here.” Hadland said FFA members have opportunities throughout agriculture, including production farming, manufacturing, welding, marketing and finance.
