Virgina Tech Professor Emeritus Dr. David Kohl says changes in the global economy are creating new issues for agriculture to watch, including the U.S. relationship with Canada and Mexico. “We need Canada, we need Mexico for what I call that structure of global block economies,” Kohl said. “That’s going to be one to watch behind the scenes.” Kohl believes this issue will get more attention after the midterms.
