October is National Co-op Month, a time to recognize a business model built around people working together. Across farm country, cooperatives provide the energy, credit, inputs, marketing and services that keep agriculture moving. Co-ops are member owned, locally connected and invested in the communities they serve. This October, the Red River Farm Network joins the North Dakota Farmers Union and Associated Milk Producers, Incorporated in recognizing this region’s cooperatives and the people behind them.
