The Center for Biological Diversity is suing the Environmental Protection Agency over records tied to dicamba. The group says EPA failed to release documents requested under the Freedom of Information Act before allowing over-the-top dicamba applications on resistant soybeans and cotton for the 2026 and 2027 growing seasons. Federal courts previously vacated EPA approvals for those uses, most recently in 2024. The lawsuit asks a federal court to order EPA to release the requested records.
