Dana Brooks Christy is the new managing director for Kincannon & Reed, an executive search and leadership development team. Most recently, she was president and CEO for the Pet Food Institute. Her prior experience includes leadership roles with Land O’Lakes, Elanco, National Milk Producers Federation and the American Farm Bureau.
