USDA’s Farm Service Agency is updating the loan process to increase efficiency and expedite the application process. Following a successful pilot program, FSA is implementing the Application Fast Track process to speed up the approval process for low-risk direct loans. FSA is also streamlining the process for lenders in the Preferred Lender Program and updating the technology used in the loan process.
