Northern Plains Rail Service has appointed David Enger as its finance director. Most recently, Enger was the accounting manager at Knife River Corporation. His previous experience includes time as controller at Mayville State University and working in tax at RSM McGladrey. He is based at the corporate headquarters in Grand Forks.
