Global shipping company Maersk raised its full-year earnings outlook following stronger second-quarter results. The company now expects underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization between $10.5 billion and $12.5 billion, up from its previous forecast of $8 billion to $10 billion. Second-quarter net profit more than doubled to $1.26 billion, while revenue climbed to nearly $15.8 billion. Maersk expects the global container market to grow about four percent this year.
