Tyson Foods saw its operating income rise nearly 40 percent, reaching $362 million in the third quarter. That’s up from $260 million in the same quarter last year. In its quarterly financial report, Tyson Foods said domestic beef production is expected to decline in the year ahead while pork and poultry production will rise.
