Minnesota has joined a coalition of 25 states challenging the Trump Administration’s latest tariffs. The lawsuit argues the administration exceeded its authority under Section 301 of the Trade Act. At the same time, the White House maintains the tariffs are necessary to protect American workers and address unfair trade practices.
