During the Corteva Media Day last week, Brevant Retail Sales Agronomist Casey Schleusner said the soybeans got off to a strong start with early canopy closure and stand establishment. “We closed the rows quicker than we ever have, with rows being shaded for two, maybe three weeks in some situations.” It’s been said soybean yield is made in August. “If we can get some rain here, I think it could put a nice extra yield punch at the end for these beans.”
