The Wheat Foods Council has selected Sheri Glazier as its new executive director. Glazier is an Oklahoma wheat farmer and consulting dietician for the Oklahoma Beef Council. The Wheat Foods Council has been run by its executive committee for more than a year after former president Tim O’Connor stepped down.
