According to Gowan USA Northern Plains Sales Agronomist Marshal VanLaere, the recent heat may impact pod fill in canola.”Maybe a little bit of abortion on the blooms and maybe we’ll see not quite as great pod filling or head filling as what we would like,” said VanLaere. “The other thing with this type of heat, especially as humid as it is, it’s going to explode some of these disease pressures as well.”
