South Dakota State University Vice President of Research and Economics Daniel Scholl has announced his intentions to retire at the end of this year. Scholl has been with SDSU since 2011 when he was hired as the director of the South Dakota Agricultural Experiment Station and associate dean for research with the College of Agriculture and Biological Sciences. In 2016, he was named interim dean before moving to his current role in 2017.
