As their year of service ended, North Dakota FFA state officers reflected on their experiences. “If I had to tell the next person, I would say that it’s all going to work out and whatever happens is happening for a reason,” reports State Vice President Michaela Kraft. State Secretary Kristen Bauer said many of the most memorable experiences happened behind the scenes. “When you sign up for a position like this, you think of being out there on the stage, but there’s really a lot more behind-the-scenes work, like I just spent like an hour and a half steaming banners. You never would have thought that my year of service was going to be steaming banners.” North Dakota FFA State Sentinel Tate Nordby said one of the biggest goals of the state officer team has been helping members grow both personally and professionally.
