Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has signed the final bills from the legislative session. The legislation includes a Sustainable Aviation Fuel tax credit, funding for the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute and the potato inspection facility in East Grand Forks. There is also a bill allowing the Board of Water and Soil Resources to acquire conservation easements to preserve, restore and enhance wetlands through the Reinvest in Minnesota Reserve Program.
