In the Pioneer Agronomy Update, Pioneer Field Agronomist Kristie Sundeen said this week’s weather will jump start the crop into summer. “Most of the corn has been planted, with some expected to finish this week. GDU accumulation has been slow with the cooler temperatures in May. Early planted corn is just starting to emerge. In northeast and north central North Dakota with a planting date of May 4th, GDUs range from 95 to 125.” Click here.
