Ever.Ag Producer Division President Mike North says Class III milk markets are correcting after recent price strength pushed U.S. products above world prices. “As prices rose, we began to price ourselves out of some of those markets,” North said. “Powder being a big one.” Despite the correction, North said dairy demand remains solid. “Don’t think this is a tragic ending to a nice little run,” he said. “It’s just a market reset.”
