The Wheat Quality Council Winter Wheat Tour wrapped up with a weighted average yield estimate of 38.9 bushels per acre, well below last year’s 53 bushels per acre forecast. Crop scouts spent three days evaluating fields across Kansas along with portions of Oklahoma and Nebraska.
