The Wheat Quality Council Winter Wheat Tour wrapped up with a weighted average yield forecast of 38.9 bushels per acre. That’s down from 53 bushels per acre last year. Crop scouts toured Kansas and small portions of Oklahoma and Nebraska over the past three days.
