Minnesota Biofuels Association Executive Director Brian Werner said House approval of year-round E15 follows years of industry advocacy. “Washington, D.C. is finally catching up to what drivers in Minnesota already know, which is that E15 is a ready-made solution to high gas prices.” Werner added that a recent study found E15 has saved Minnesota drivers an estimated $80 million since 2013.
