North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong has signed an emergency executive order granting an hours-of-service waiver for truckers hauling fertilizer and other crop inputs. This order includes dry and liquid fertilizer, anhydrous, pesticides and seed. This waiver remains in place until May 18.
