Julie Ellingson serves as the executive director of the North Dakota Stockmen’s Association. Alongside her husband, Chad, she operates an Angus operation at St. Anthony. She is a former state FFA officer and now spends a lot of her time working on policy issues at the State Capitol. What’s her most important role?
