A bipartisan group of U.S. senators has introduced the Fertilizer Transparency Act. This bill would require USDA to collect and publish data on fertilizer prices from manufacturers on a weekly basis. South Dakota Senator John Thune and Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar are co-sponsors.
