Funeral services will be held Wednesday in Grand Forks for Jesse Chalich, president and chief operating officer of Northern Plains Rail Services. Chalich, 49, began his career with Northern Plains Rail Services in 1997 as a conductor and engineer and rose through the ranks to become president in 2014.
