This is one of those weeks when agriculture sits at the center of the national conversation. The Supreme Court ruling on tariffs was followed quickly by the imposition of new 10 percent global tariffs. The farm bill was scheduled to be marked up in the House Agriculture Committee this week, but that has been pushed back due to the weather hitting the East Coast. On Tuesday, we’ll have the State of the Union Address and the kickoff of the 30th Annual Commodity Classic.
