Farm Credit Council Seeks Farm Bill Action

The Farm Credit Council has a letter to House Agriculture Committee leadership, urging completion of the farm bill this year. Chairman Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson’s farm bill draft includes expanded credit availability, modernizes farm programs and reduces regulatory burdens. The Farm Credit Council said these changes reflect the needs of agriculture today and will strengthen rural communities.
