Roundup Lawsuit Settlement Proposed

Bayer will pay $7.25 billion to settle thousands of lawsuits linked to Roundup. If approved by the courts, people diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma will be able to file claims to receive payments. Bayer has also reached agreements to resolve other Roundup-related cases for another $3 billion. The agreement does not include any admission of liability or wrongdoing.
