Lawfare Initiative Launched

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins has announced the launch of the Farmer and Rancher Freedom Framework. “Together, we will ensure that no law, no regulation and no adgenda will ever stand in the way of America’s agricultural future,” said Rollins. USDA describes lawfare as government overreach, policies that harm farmers, litigation to disrupt agriculture or similar legal and legislative actions to target or harass farmers.
