It’s the time of year for research updates and meetings, and Nelson County Ag Day was one of the many resources available to farmers when preparing for the next growing season. “It’s for anyone in any county, and for anyone who either has questions about ag or wants to learn more,” said NDSU Extension Nelson County Agent Traci Trostad. The event included a market update from Extension Crops Economist Frayne Olson, as well as the latest on small grains diseases from Extension Plant Pathologist Andrew Friskop.
