A dispute between Minnesota deer farmers and the State of Minnesota is being reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court. The Minnesota Deer Farmers Association contends Americans have a fundamental right to pursue agriculture as an occupation and the state shouldn’t take steps to eliminate an entire industry.
