The grain consulting firm, SovEcon, has bumped up its forecast for Russian wheat exports by 400,000 tons to 44.6 million tons. Russia’s export year started slowly but has now moved to near-record levels. December wheat exports totaled 4.2 million tons, up from 3.4 million one year ago.
