Appeals Court Reinstates Federal Block on EPA Grant Freeze

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia reinstated a federal court’s order that blocked the EPA from freezing grants that address climate change. The federal grant monies will remain frozen while the litigation continues. The entire appellate court is scheduled to take oral arguments on the case in late February.
