U.S. sales of farm equipment fell sharply in November. According to the Association of Equipment Manufacturers, tractor sales dropped nearly 20 percent, while combine sales fell 35 percent compared to last year. In Canada, combine sales rose 25 percent, but tractor sales slipped seven percent. While sales are down in the short term, AEM Senior Vice President Curt Blades said equipment makers remain committed to providing tools that improve efficiency and long-term value, and the industry’s overall strength remains solid as 2026 approaches.
