American Soybean Association Chairman Caleb Ragland is thankful for the President’s new Farmer Bridge Assistance program, but said it doesn’t go far enough. In an appearance on CNN, Ragland called the program “a band-aid on an open wound.” The soybean leader said farmers really need market-based solutions.
