The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative hosted three days of hearings to review the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement. The American Soybean Association and National Corn Growers Association both testified, stressing the importance of a full 16-year USMCA extension. The U.S. Dairy Export Council and National Milk Producers Federation said Canada is skirting the rules and manipulating its tariff rate quota system to undermine U.S. market access.
