A joint North Dakota Water Convention and Irrigation Workshop/Upper Missouri Water Association Conference will be held this week in Bismarck. North Dakota Water Users Association Executive Vice President Dani Quissell said Wednesday’s agenda will focus on the use of the Missouri River. “With folks visiting from North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Wyoming, we’ll have a broader look at the river system, and how some of the states are looking to utilize Missouri River water.” Thursday’s program will revolve around policy issues.
