An Important Step for Supplemental Disaster Relief

The Office of Management and Budget has completed its review for the second phase of the Supplemental Disaster Relief Program. This program is for farmers who had shallow losses and did not receive an indemnity payment. USDA’s next step is on hold until the government shutdown is over.
