ND Dairy Project Faces DRC Lawsuit

The Dakota Resource Council is suing the Department of Environmental Quality, asking it to reconsider the permits for the Riverview dairy operation near Hillsboro. Dirt work has begun for the 25,000-cow dairy farm. The Dakota Resource Council filed a similar lawsuit over the Abercrombie Dairy north of Wahpeton earlier this year and it was dismissed.
