Clarence Przekwas is a youth leader for Kittson County 4-H. “Through that, I’m able to guide the younger generation to the next step.” Przekwas has focused on livestock projects, including beef, pigs and horses. While he enjoys his time in the showring, the North Star 4-H member appreciates the opportunity to educate others about farming. “The general public needs to know what agriculture is, and to be honest, they don’t,” said Pzekwas. “When we go to State Fair, our goal is to interact with the public, to have them ask questions and our goal is to teach them as much as we possibly can.”
