This is National 4-H Week. Luella Beckendorf is a State 4-H Ambassador from St. James, Minnesota.”We are representatives of the Minnesota 4-H brand, so it’s a lot of speaking to different organizations where we talk to the public about 4-H and what it is and what it does and talk to kids, teaching them about leadership, service and involvement.”
